A former schoolteacher, Eric brings a strong educational mindset to every transaction. He takes the time, upfront, to review all available options and clearly explain the pros and cons of each, ensuring clients and agents are aligned from pre-approval through closing. He offers a wide range of financing solutions, including conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, and Signature Series loan programs, and is known for finding creative solutions when deals require extra attention.
